How does Yammer compare with BaseCamp (BC) for online project collaborations? Most crucial difference: BC includes the customer and other stakeholders in the conversation. Yammer only works inhouse – same company email domain.
Can they be used simultaneously? Oh yes! General project communications that won’t make your client blush/doubt your company go to BC. Team conversations – including the ‘water cooler’ kind should be transferred to Yammer.
